Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

2 cups broccoli florets

3 cups cooked white rice

2 cups cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons melted butter

½ cup panko bread crumbs (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

3. Add in the cooked rice, shredded chicken, and broccoli. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

5. Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese.

6. For an optional crunchy topping, combine melted butter and panko bread crumbs, then sprinkle over the cheese layer.
