Ingredients

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/3 cup buffalo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or chives (for garnish)


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until evenly coated.

2. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese into the buffalo chicken mixture.

3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the rounds. Flatten each into a disk.

4. Spoon some chicken mixture into the center of each dough round.
