Ingredients

2 cups Rice Chex cereal

1 cup white chocolate chips

10 Oreo cookies, crushed

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Place the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them using a rolling pin until they are fine with a few chunks.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

3. Stir the vanilla extract and salt into the melted chocolate mixture.

4. Add the Rice Chex cereal to a large bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over the top. Gently mix to evenly coat all cereal pieces.

5. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies into the bowl and mix again gently to incorporate.

6. Transfer the coated cereal to a large zip-top bag. Add powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake until fully coated.

7. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and let it cool and set for 10 minutes before serving or storing.

Notes

Let the coated cereal cool completely before storing to maintain its crisp texture.

You can substitute golden Oreos or flavored varieties for a fun twist.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
