4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

2. Lay the chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared dish. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
