2 cups diced chicken breast

3 cups diced russet potatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Toss diced chicken and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
