Ingredients
450g spaghetti
225g cream cheese
450g ground beef
680g marinara sauce
250g shredded mozzarella cheese
60g grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with a few tablespoons of hot pasta water until smooth.
3. Toss the drained spaghetti with the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.
4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
5. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
6. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
7. In a greased baking dish, layer the cream cheese-coated spaghetti.
8. Spread the meat sauce over the spaghetti.
