1.5 pounds chicken breasts, sliced thin

3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced

1 large red onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper

1 lime, for serving

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.

2. Thinly slice the chicken, bell peppers, and red onion. Place in a large bowl.
